1. Rental Agreement
1.1. Every vehicle rental is subject to a written Rental Agreement concluded directly between the owner of the vehicle,  (the “Lessor”), and the customer (the “Lessee”) before the vehicle is handed over.
1.2. By signing the Rental Agreement, the Lessee confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Vehicle Monitoring
2.1. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices used to monitor the vehicle’s location and driving speed.
2.2. By entering into the Rental Agreement, the Lessee is informed of and consents to such monitoring for the duration of the rental. Data collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2.3. GPS data may be used to identify breaches of speed limits and other traffic regulations during the rental period. Any fines or penalties arising from such breaches shall be borne by the Lessee in accordance with Section 5 and may be deducted from the security deposit.

3. Security Deposit
3.1. A security deposit is required for each rental. The deposit amount for each vehicle is stated on the vehicle’s page under “Additional Information”.
3.2. The deposit is refunded upon return of the vehicle, subject to any deductions for damage, fines, mileage overage or other amounts owed under these Terms.

4. Damage to the Vehicle
4.1. The Lessee shall return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, save for normal wear and tear.
4.2. Where damage to the vehicle is identified, the Lessee undertakes to compensate the Lessor in full for the resulting loss, to the extent not covered by the insurance included in the rental.

5. Traffic Fines and Penalties
5.1. The Lessee is fully responsible for any traffic violations committed during the rental period.
5.2. The Lessee undertakes to pay all fines, penalties, tolls and related charges incurred during the rental period, including those notified to the Lessor after the vehicle has been returned.

6. Insurance
6.1. Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price.
6.2. Details of the coverage, including any excess, are set out in the Rental Agreement.

7. Mileage Allowance
7.1. The following mileage limits apply:

• 200 km per day;
• 1,200 km per week;
• 2,000 km per two weeks;
• 3,000 km per month.

7.2. Mileage in excess of the applicable limit is charged at €10 per 100 km.

8. Delivery and Collection
8.1. Vehicles are delivered free of charge in the area of the bus station.
8.2. Delivery to other addresses is available for an additional fee, determined individually.
8.3. Delivery to the airport is possible upon prior arrangement; terms and fees are agreed separately.
